Two separate hauntings.

The area near the "Rennfest" is reportedly haunted by a strange spirit, but no one knows for sure who or what it is. People have heard voices and strange noises, and they have reportedly seen various apparitions in and amongst the woods. A young woman was killed in the area, and she may be one of the apparitions who is haunting this area.

Dual friendly ghosts reportedly haunt this inn

This inn is haunted by two "friendly" spirits. The ghostly spirits, named Minerva and Esmerelda, reportedly like to watch over the guests. The inn's owners claim to have seen the ghostly apparitions and that they are used to the spirits' pranks.

On the 5th floor of Lawrence Towers A, it is rumored that a college student (music major) who lived in room 517 hung herself.
