18th Century House haunted by a former owner The home built in 1785, is located near Bryantown. The former owner, Anne Dent Beam, has been seen haunting this home. She died in 1839 and she still makes appearances today. Reportedly, people do not find her scary. Dual friendly ghosts reportedly haunt this inn This inn is haunted by two "friendly" spirits. The ghostly spirits, named Minerva and Esmerelda, reportedly like to watch over the guests.
The inn's owners claim to have seen the ghostly apparitions and that they are used to the spirits' pranks. Haunting continue despite new management. Built in 1877, the house was once a private home up until 1985 when the Lathroums purchased the house and turned it into a Bed and Breakfast Inn.
Widow's Walk is located in Chestertown's Historic District, located at 402 High Street, near the meandering Chester River. The house is a lively old style home with four porches and a widow's walk. Organ music, flickering lights, but it's long abandoned This church is thought to be haunted. The church now stands empty, but the sounds of organ music reportedly can still sometimes be heard coming from its long-empty depths. Lights turn on in the church and flicker, though there is no electricity in the building. People have reported seeing ghostly apparitions in and around the church.
