The House is located on the corner of Second and Rosemount in Frederick. The ghosts of Joseph and Elias Brunner haunt this, one of the oldest houses in town. They are the ones who built the house in 1750. Their voices, with a distinctive German accent, are still heard within the house as well as their footsteps.

The owner of the house ultimately called the police for help. Upon investigation, the authorities could not find any answers as to why the covers were being pulled off and flying around the room.
