Another Prison haunted by those who once lived within it's walls Built east of Bosie in 1870 when the Idaho Territory was under ten years old, the old territorial prison originally a single cell-block, which eventually expanded into campus of several buildings surrounded by a high sandstone wall. The penitentiary is now a historical museum where some visitors and employees have experienced apperisions, cold spots, odd noises, and doors opening and closing by unseen hands. A haunt with no known causes is still a haunt The founder's daughter still lingers. The Inn is haunted by the daughter of the town founder. The sounds of footsteps, and doors opening and closing by themselves take place in the Inn. The Inn was so phantasmagorically active one evening that a planned prom was canceled.
