A long history invites hauntings. Generational ownership possibly adds to the mix.

Ghosts, mules, barges, and a collapsed aqueduct

Given its modern state of disuse and mandatory closure at dark, one must wonder: 'if a ghost haunts at night but there is no one there to see it, does it still haunt?'

The boys' restroom is haunted by a student whom committed suicide therein. Slashing of the wrists can be a messy affair, especially when, as it appeared in this case, there were more than second thoughts after the fact.

Some things deep and dark are often best left unrevealed.

This mine located in the community of Ethel was once very profitable. Strange and eerie apparitions have been seen near the mine opening, footsteps can be heard emanating from deep within its chambers and a light has also been seen swinging back and forth inside.
