This is the Park Hyatt Hotel in Philadelphia off of Broad and Walnut St. One time I was staying there for the weekend. One evening I was about ready to go to sleep when suddenly I felt an intense pressure on top of me; allowing me not to breathe or move. It lasted for about a minute and my girlfriend experienced the same thing. I have taken pictures of the room to find any orbs but didnt see any. I will post the pictures in a few. The hotel has that very gothic feel to it.. A lil creepy!!1 Willow trees in the front of Gamble Mansion still bear the marks of where slaves were chained to them. The home itself is haunted by children. Some say the daughter of the master of the home had children several times, and slaves were their fathers. The old Carbon County Prison was last used in 1995. The most famous ghost story associated with the prison is the hand print left in a cell by a man wrongfully accused of being a member of the Molly Maguires. Built in 1840, right on the water, has two resident ghosts. This bed and breakfast, housed in an old carriage house that was constructed in 1840, reportedly has two resident ghosts.
Room 10 is haunted by a short, balding man who is "fond of the ladies" in that his apparition seems to only appear to single unmarried women, often "trying to climb into bed" with them. When the woman guest inevitably startles, he is said to promptly disappear through a wall.
Room 8 is reportedly frequented by a much scarier ghost, a headless Confederate soldier, who sometimes marches at the foot of the bed or else looms nearby. Many of those who have reported paranormal activity have stated that this ghost moans as if in pain. A few guests say they have actually touched his wool coat. He too will disappear quickly if startled. They're around the crematory building, mostly It's said that Stevensville Cemetery is haunted by ghostly figures, orbs and energy vortices.
