A young boy died in this old farmhouse

Sometime in the early 1900's, a young boy died in this mid 18th century farmhouse. The lights and applicance switch on by themselves. One night the toy train in the sunroom began to go around the track all by itself.

This college dorm, once home to the county's only doctor, is now reportedly haunted

During the Depression era, this house was previously owned by the county's only doctor. He died in the house but apparently still lingers. There have been numerous reports of lights going on and off. Large, heavy oak doors have slammed open and shut, it's been said, followed by lights completely dimming out. The lights have dimmed out in the bedroom where the doctor died, despite hallway lights (on the same circuit) remaining steady.

People say that a beautiful young girl haunts the house. She hitched a ride home from a spring party in 1988 with a young man who took her to his frat house where he raped and killed her. The young man was known to be vicious by his friends who were not too surprised by what he had done, as he had a reputation for getting into fights and hurting people.
