C & O path at Dam 4 WVSGH experienced phenomenon that is paranormal in nature! West Virginia Society of Ghost Hunters investigated the Dam 4 Towpath on 12-17-05. A picture was taken of an entity that was neither a Paranormal Investigator nor a "drifter" on the Towpath!
